Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Atlas Prime collects about you, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what choices you have. It applies whether you only visit our website or hold an account with us.

“Personal data” means any information that relates to you and identifies you, either on its own or together with other information.

Please read this policy together with our Terms of Use, High-Risk Investment Warning, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy and Account Deletion Policy.

1. About Atlas Prime

“Atlas Prime” is a trade name. Client accounts are opened and held with Atlas Prime Ltd, a company incorporated in Saint Lucia under registration number 2024-00754, with its registered office at Ground Floor, The Sotheby Building, Rodney Village, Rodney Bay, Gros-Islet, Saint Lucia.

Atlas Prime Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. This means that it is responsible for deciding how and why your personal data is used. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Atlas Prime Ltd.

Other companies also use the Atlas Prime name. They are named at the foot of our website. Your account is with Atlas Prime Ltd and not with any of those companies.

2. What this Policy Covers

This policy covers the personal data we handle when you:

  • visit our website at atlasprimefx.com (the “Website”);
  • register in, or use, our secure client area at cabinet.atlasprimefx.com (the “Client Cabinet”);
  • use the Atlas Prime app;
  • open or use a trading account with us on any trading platform we make available, including MetaTrader 5; or
  • contact us, for example by email or by phone.

The Website, the Client Cabinet and the Atlas Prime app are separate systems. Registration, identity verification, deposits, withdrawals, copy trading and the Introducing Broker (IB) portal take place in the Client Cabinet, not on the Website.

This policy explains what we do with your personal data. It does not cover what other companies do with personal data for their own purposes. Examples are a website that the Website links to, and a messaging service that you use to contact us. As the Terms of Use explain, the Website may contain links to third-party websites, and we are not responsible for the content, products or services of any third party. Please read the privacy terms of any other service you use.

3. The Personal Data We Collect

The personal data we collect depends on how you deal with us. The headings below follow the stages of opening and using an account.

When You Visit the Website

The Website has no forms, no comment sections and no accounts for visitors, so you can read it without giving us your name or contact details. When a page loads, your browser sends technical information, including your IP address, to the services that deliver the Website. Section 10 explains this.

When You Register

To register in the Client Cabinet, you give us:

  • your title, first name, middle name and last name;
  • your country and city;
  • your phone number and email address;
  • a password;
  • your notification preferences; and
  • your acceptance of the Terms of Use, this Privacy Policy, the High-Risk Investment Warning and the AML Policy.

The Client Cabinet also records the IP address you used, the language you chose, and marketing and referral information. This includes campaign details and any partner or referral link that brought you to us.

When We Verify Your Identity

We are required to verify your identity, as the Terms of Use and the AML Policy explain. This is often called “Know Your Customer” or KYC. For this we collect:

  • a valid government-issued photo identity document, meaning a passport, a national identity card or a driving licence;
  • proof of your residential address, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement;
  • information about your source of funds and, where relevant, your source of wealth; and
  • the results of screening against sanctions lists and politically exposed person (PEP) databases.

These documents contain further personal data, such as your date of birth, your address and your photograph.

We may ask for additional documents at any time, as the AML Policy states. If satisfactory information is not provided, or verification cannot be completed, we may refuse, suspend or close your account. The AML Policy and the Terms of Use both explain this.

When You Trade and Make Payments

When you use your account, we hold:

  • records of your trading accounts and trading activity, including your trading history, open positions and account balance;
  • records of your deposits and withdrawals, including the payment method you used and the details needed to carry out and check each payment;
  • your account login details and authentication data;
  • your trading preferences, watchlists and in-app settings;
  • saved device information and push-notification tokens, for example where you use the Atlas Prime app; and
  • records of your use of copy trading, PAMM accounts or the IB programme, if you take part in them.

When You Contact Us

You can contact us by email, by phone, through the WhatsApp link on the Website, or through a support ticket in the Client Cabinet or the Atlas Prime app. When you do, we receive the contact details you use and whatever you choose to tell us, and we may keep a record of our correspondence with you.

If you contact us through a messaging service run by another company, that company also handles your messages under its own terms.

Marketing and Referral Information

We hold your notification preferences, a history of the marketing communications sent to you, and the marketing and referral information recorded when you registered.

Personal Data from Other Sources

Some personal data comes from other sources and not directly from you. Examples are the results of identity, sanctions and PEP checks, and confirmations of your deposits and withdrawals from the payment providers that process them.

4. How We Use Your Personal Data

We use your personal data for the purposes below.

  • To open and run your account. We register you, set up your trading accounts and provide the services you choose to use, including trading, copy trading, PAMM accounts and the IB programme.
  • To verify your identity and meet our legal duties. This covers the checks described in the AML Policy: Customer Due Diligence, Enhanced Due Diligence where a higher risk is present, sanctions and PEP screening, ongoing monitoring of account activity, reporting suspicious activity to the relevant authorities where required, and keeping the records that the law requires.
  • To process deposits and withdrawals. This includes checking that payments are made through accounts held in your own name, because the AML Policy does not permit third-party funding.
  • To communicate with you. We answer your questions, deal with support requests and complaints, and send you messages about your account and our services. These may include notices about changes to our documents.
  • To keep our services secure and prevent misuse. We use personal data to protect accounts and systems, to detect and prevent fraud and abuse, and to act where the Terms of Use have been breached.
  • To record referrals. We record which campaign, partner or referral link brought you to us, including for the purposes of the IB programme.
  • To send you marketing. We send marketing communications in line with your notification preferences. You can ask us to stop at any time, as section 8 explains.
  • To deal with disputes and legal matters. We use personal data to handle disputes, inquiries and legal proceedings, and to answer requests from authorities that we are required to answer.

Some of these uses are needed to provide your account, some are required by law, and some, such as marketing, depend on the choices you make.

5. Sharing Your Personal Data

We share personal data with the categories of recipient below, where this is needed for the purposes described in section 4.

  • Other Atlas Prime companies. We may share personal data with other companies that use the Atlas Prime name, where this is needed to provide your account or to meet legal duties.
  • Identity verification and screening providers. These check identity documents and carry out sanctions and PEP screening.
  • Payment providers and banks. These process your deposits and withdrawals by the payment method you choose. The methods available may vary by region.
  • Trading platform and technology providers. These supply, host or support the systems we use, such as the trading platforms, the Client Cabinet, the Atlas Prime app, and the delivery and security of the Website.
  • Introducing brokers and partners. If you registered through a partner or referral link, that partner may receive information about your registration and account activity for the purposes of the IB programme or the partner arrangement.
  • Other clients, if you use copy trading or PAMM accounts. These services work by linking accounts, so some trading information passes between the accounts involved.
  • Authorities. We share personal data with regulators, law enforcement bodies, courts and other competent authorities where the law requires it, including when we report suspicious activity as described in the AML Policy.

Records that we keep after your account is closed are not shared with third parties except as required by law or a competent authority, as the Account Deletion Policy states.

6. Personal Data in Other Countries

Atlas Prime Ltd is established in Saint Lucia. Other companies that use the Atlas Prime name are established in other countries, including South Africa and the United Arab Emirates, and Atlas Prime publishes office contacts in several countries. The recipients described in section 5 may be located in other countries as well.

As a result, your personal data may be handled in countries other than the one where you live. Data protection laws differ from country to country, and the law in those countries may not protect your personal data in the same way as the law where you live. This policy applies to our handling of your personal data wherever that takes place.

7. How Long We Keep Your Personal Data

We keep your personal data while you hold an account with us. After your account is closed, we keep the records below, as set out in the Account Deletion Policy.

  • Transaction and trading records are kept for a minimum of five years from the date your account is closed.
  • Identity verification (KYC) records are kept for the same five-year period.
  • Communications relevant to a trade or dispute are kept where the law requires it, or while a dispute, regulatory inquiry or legal proceeding is pending.

We cannot delete these records before the retention period ends, even if you ask us to. The AML Policy also describes this record-keeping duty. It says that client identification records, account files and transaction records are kept for the period required by applicable law.

Under the Account Deletion Policy, records that we keep after closure are not used for any purpose other than regulatory compliance, and they are permanently deleted from our systems once the retention period has ended.

Other personal data, such as your profile information, login details, app settings and marketing preferences, is deleted when you make a verified deletion request, unless it forms part of the records listed above. Section 8 explains how to make a request.

8. Your Choices and Requests

You can ask us to:

  • give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, including the personal data you have given us;
  • correct personal data that is wrong or out of date;
  • delete your account and your personal data, as set out in the Account Deletion Policy; or
  • stop sending you marketing communications.

How to Make a Request

Email support@atlasprimefx.com, if possible from the email address registered on your account. Include your full name and, if you know it, your trading account number, and tell us what you are asking for.

We may need to confirm your identity before we act on a request. This is so that personal data is not released, changed or deleted on the instruction of the wrong person.

Correcting Your Details

The Terms of Use require you to give us accurate, current and complete information and to keep it up to date. Please tell us promptly if your details change.

Deleting Your Account and Personal Data

You can ask for deletion at any time and you do not need to give a reason. You can make the request by email or through a support ticket in the Client Cabinet or the Atlas Prime app. The Account Deletion Policy explains how to ask, what we will ask you to do first, which personal data is deleted and which records we must keep.

The Account Deletion Policy states that we acknowledge a deletion request within three business days and complete the deletion of all eligible data within thirty days, provided that identity verification and any settlement have been completed. It also states that, if deletion cannot be completed within thirty days, we will write to you to explain the reason and the expected timeframe.

Deletion cannot be undone. If your account holds a balance or open positions, these must be settled before deletion can proceed.

Stopping Marketing

You set your notification preferences when you register. You can ask us to stop marketing communications at any time by emailing support@atlasprimefx.com. If a marketing message contains an unsubscribe option, you can use that as well. We will continue to send you messages that are needed to run your account.

Limits on Requests

We may not be able to do everything you ask.

  • A deletion request does not cover personal data that we are obliged to keep for legal, security or administrative purposes. The records described in section 7 are the main example. The Account Deletion Policy sets out what is deleted and what is kept.
  • Where the law does not allow us to give you certain information, we cannot give it to you.

Additional Rights and Complaints

The law where you live may give you additional rights over your personal data, for example the right to complain to a data protection authority. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

If you are unhappy with the way we have handled your personal data, please tell us at support@atlasprimefx.com. Complaints about our services in general are dealt with as the Terms of Use describe.

9. Security

We take steps to protect your personal data. For example, you reach the Client Cabinet by logging in with your own login details, the Website is delivered through a service that provides security protection, and we verify your identity before we act on a deletion request.

No website, app or way of sending information over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal data. The Terms of Use also state that we do not warrant that the Website or our services will be secure.

You also have a part to play. Under the Terms of Use, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account, and you must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We recommend that you choose a password you do not use anywhere else and that you do not share it with anyone.

10. Cookies and Third-Party Services on the Website

This section describes the Website at atlasprimefx.com only. The Website has no forms, no comment sections, no accounts for visitors, and no advertising or social media tracking tags.

Cookies

The Website’s own code does not set cookies. This statement covers our own code only. The services described below are run by other companies, and they may use cookies or similar technologies of their own.

Until 7 October 2026 the Website had an earlier location feature that used a cookie named apfx_geo. That feature has been removed. If you visited the Website before it was removed, a copy of the cookie may remain in your browser until it expires. Nothing on the Website reads it. You can delete it, and any other cookie, through your browser settings.

Country Notice

We do not offer services to residents of certain jurisdictions, including the countries named in our Terms of Use. To show a notice to visitors from the countries named there, each page asks Cloudflare which country your connection comes from. Cloudflare works this out from your IP address, which it receives anyway when a page loads (see below). We do not store the country. If you continue past the notice, your browser keeps that choice in its session storage, which the browser normally deletes when you close the tab.

Services that Deliver the Website

The Website is delivered through Cloudflare, which provides security and content delivery. Cloudflare may run its own security checks when you visit, and its analytics script may load on any of our pages.

The Chinese-language pages load a font from Google Fonts, which, like Cloudflare, receives your IP address when such a page loads. All other fonts and scripts are served from the Website itself.

These services are run by other companies, and their own privacy terms apply to what they receive.

Links and Content from Other Websites

If you follow a link on the Website to another website, that website may collect data about you and use cookies in the same way as if you had visited it directly. The same applies if a page on the Website shows content from another website.

The Client Cabinet and the Atlas Prime App

The Client Cabinet and the Atlas Prime app are separate systems with their own cookies and data handling, which this section does not describe. The personal data we collect through them is covered by the rest of this policy.

11. Adults Only

Our services are for adults only. As the Terms of Use state, you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use them. Our services are not intended for anyone below that age. If you believe that someone below that age has registered with us or sent us personal data, please tell us at support@atlasprimefx.com so that we can look into it.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date and will take effect when it is posted. We may also tell you about important changes by email or through the Client Cabinet. Please check this page from time to time.
